REMINDER
SERVICES
Reminder:

GOOD FRIDAY SERVICE
Please join us for a very special GOOD FRIDAY service on April 6 at 7:00 P.M.  The entire family is welcome and childcare will be available through age 5.  This year we are asking everybody to prepare for this service by asking the Lord to reveal the sin that we have struggled to have victory over and needs to be left at the cross.  When you enter the service you will be given a piece of paper on which you can write whatever the sin is you would like to place on the cross.  During the service you will be given an opportunity to nail that piece of paper to a cross as we together ask for forgiveness and celebrate the victory Jesus has made possible through His death and resurrection.

EASTER MORNING SERVICES
Sunday morning, April 8, at 9:00 and 10:30 we will be celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ.  This is always a festive celebration with our musicians leading us in a service full of praise and worship.  A special group of brass players will be joining our musicians for this joyful service.  There will be no Sunday school and no Adult Bible Fellowship classes.

ANNOUNCEMENT
DOWNERS GROVE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL
It has truly been a blessing to serve the Lord at Downers Christian School the last 13 years. The Lord has directed my path to serve Him at Westminster Christian School in Elgin beginning July 1st, 2012.

We are excited for the next chapter in ministry, but it is bittersweet as we leave a church and school family that we love.

Thank you for the love you have shown us. We have been blessed.

For His Supremacy,
Fred Versluys
Principal
Downers Grove Christian School
